You will be led through a series of accessible stretches that invoke the body’s natural tremor reflex. It is a freeing & self empowering practice that can be transformative
Pranayama is yogic breath work. We can use our breath to relax & calm or to energise & invigorate ourselves. Learn some simple techniques to support yourself
