Trauma Release Exercise is a body based practice that allows the nervous system to release deeply held tension without talking about past events. You will be led through a series of accessible stretches that invoke the body’s natural tremor reflex. It is a freeing & self empowering practice that can be transformative

Pranayama is yogic breath work. We can use our breath to relax & calm or to energise & invigorate ourselves. Learn some simple techniques to support yourself

Vagus nerve techniques move your system into a safe and relaxed state

Familiar with TRE or attended a previous workshop? Come along, practice and enjoy a morning of warmth and self connection
